Sting possibly returning at Battleground, to interfere in a top feud?

Sting expected to interfere a match at Battleground

Roman Reigns is set to take on Bray Wyatt in a singles feud at the Battleground PPV tonight and it is being reported that there will be an outside interference at the end of the match which will possibly decide the outcome of their bout.

Dave Meltzer noted on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio that there have been plans for Luke Harper to get involved in the feud, possibly tonight. Meltzer also indicated that this angle may be where Sting makes his return. He said, “That’s where Sting fits in too.”

It was also noted that Sting is set to be involved in the same match as Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam, unless plans change. As speculated earlier, a big return from the Vigilante has been expected recently after rumours of him working a match at SummerSlam started to escalate. This will be Sting’s first appearance since his match against Triple H at Wrestlemania 31.
