WWE fans have been treated to two iconic concerts this year, with The Rock and Joe Hendry putting their musical talents to the test. The duo's larger-than-life personalities and hilarious one-liners were displayed during their respective concerts. However, which gig comes out on top?
It's hard not to give that award to Rock for his extraordinary concert on WWE SmackDown in Nashville, Tennessee (March 15). It had it all, with the People's Champion telling Cody Rhodes to 'cry to his mumma' and Cody Crybabies to 'kiss the a** of the Final Boss.' The 52-year-old rocked to the tune of Elvis Pressley's Jailhouse Rock in front of millions and millions. It worked a charm, allowing his new catchphrases, such as Cody Crybabies, to catch on.
However, that concert benefited from a massive crowd in Nashville and two accompanying musicians. It was also on the Road to WrestleMania XL, where Rock and Roman Reigns were amid an intense feud with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.

That wasn't the case for Joe Hendry, who was making just his fifth appearance on NXT TV tonight (July 30). The Scottish star isn't even contracted to WWE. However, his must-see character has led to the crossover between the companies, placing him as one of the developmental brand's biggest stars.
Joe Hendry still performed superbly and was more in tune than The Rock. It's hard to outperform arguably the most entertaining star in pro wrestling history.
The 36-year-old TNA star got the crowd involved with his amusing dig at Gallus' facial hair. Hendry claimed the Scottish stable was deported from the UK for having awful facial hair. He'd initially brought up Shawn Michaels cooking as head booker of NXT and joked that Booker T was the president of the Joe Hendry fan club.
Joe Hendry acknowledges WWE legend The Rock as an inspiration
Joe Hendry spoke glowingly of The Rock and his impact on pursuing a pro wrestling career.
The Scot admitted he wasn't enticed by the business watching the product but by playing the video games and seeing the Brahma Bull's promos:
"The Rock is the reason I got into the business. I did not grow up as a wrestling fan as a kid. I got in through the video games. I just loved The Rock's promos and character and I just thought that's the best example of, if you showed someone a segment of The Rock to a non wrestling fan, they'll go 'I get wrestling', and I've always been inspired by that." Hendry's character has traits of the eight-time WWE Champion, with his comedic acts and megastar aura. His meteoric rise shows no signs of stopping amid his current run in NXT. He might soon try to make a believer out of The Great One if he stays around long enough.
