We are now just a few hours away from the Bad Blood 2024 Premium Live Event, as the go-home edition of SmackDown before the event recently concluded. The WWE Universe is eagerly anticipating what Triple H has in store for them at the upcoming PLE, especially with Roman Reigns competing.
Amid this excitement, it seems that The Game may have accidentally spoiled the return of WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman for the main event of Bad Blood 2024.
Paul Heyman is part of WWE Bad Blood 2024 final video package
Just a few hours ago, Triple H shared a final video package for Bad Blood 2024. The package featured a conversation between The Game and Cody Rhodes, with American record producer and songwriter Metro Boomin also making an appearance.
While hyping the tag team match, fans noticed a clip of Roman Reigns wearing the OTC merch alongside Paul Heyman. Eagle-eyed viewers quickly spotted this, leading many to believe that the return of the 59-year-old legend is imminent and he will appear alongside Reigns at Bad Blood 2024.
Additionally, this marks the first time WWE has officially featured Roman, the OTC merch, and Heyman together in a video package.
Why Paul Heyman's return in the upcoming Bad Blood PLE is a great decision
Paul Heyman has been absent from television for the past few months, and his return at the upcoming Bad Blood Premium Live Event will surely be a great decision. The rationale behind this is that Bad Blood serves as a significant stage for his return, rather than a weekly episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
Additionally, Roman Reigns will have Cody Rhodes on his side, and the latter may not fully trust the former due to their history. If Paul Heyman accompanies The Original Tribal Chief from ringside during this match, he could play a vital role in Reigns' victory. This could be done by distracting or playing mind games with The Bloodline if they try to take some advantage through the numbers game.
Paul Heyman might not return alone
The tease of Paul Heyman's return was dropped by Triple H, but it is possible that the former might not return alone and could have Jimmy Uso by his side. This belief stems from recent reports suggesting that Jimmy may make his potential return at the upcoming Bad Blood Premium Live Event.
Therefore, it is safe to assume that Paul could have Uso as part of his backup plan if The Bloodline's numbers game overpowers Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns.
Jimmy also has a strong desire to exact revenge on The Bloodline as Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga kick him out of the faction by brutally attacking him following WrestleMania XL.
