WWE Bad Blood 2024 is the next premium live event from the Stamford-based promotion, and with each passing week, the WWE Universe is witnessing major developments en route to the event. During the recent SmackDown Season Premiere, the company officially confirmed Roman Reigns' match for the event.

Bad Blood 2024 will take place on October 5, 2024, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. This marks the first time since 2004 that World Wrestling Entertainment will host the Bad Blood premium live event.

This fact adds more nostalgic value to the whole PLE as old fans of the company might tune in to watch this PLE.

What is the timing for Bad Blood 2024?

The timing of the Bad Blood 2024 premium live event will be different from other WWE events, as it will air one hour earlier than usual. Typically, WWE PLEs begin at 7 PM Eastern Time, but Bad Blood 2024 will air at 6 PM EST / 11 PM BST.

This one-hour shift will affect all time zones. For instance, Indian fans, who usually watch PLEs around 4:30 AM, will see Bad Blood air at 3:30 AM this time. This makes the timing of the upcoming Premium live event unique compared to other WWE shows.

How many matches have been made official for Bad Blood?

As of now, WWE has announced five matches for the official card of Bad Blood 2024. One of the marquee matches is a Hell in a Cell bout where Drew McIntyre will face CM Punk. Meanwhile, Liv Morgan will defend her Women's World Championship in a singles match against Rhea Ripley, as The Eradicator seeks vengeance on Morgan.

The event will also feature a highly anticipated singles match between Finn Bálor and Damian Priest. Given their ongoing weekly altercations, it will be exciting to see who emerges victorious in their showdown. Additionally, Nia Jax will defend her Women's Championship, though her opponent has yet to be announced.

One of the marquee matches of the night will see the in-ring return of Roman Reigns, as he teams up with Cody Rhodes to take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu (The Bloodline).

Another huge match could be added to the card

Reports also suggest that a World Heavyweight Championship match is expected to be added soon. Gunther is likely to defend his title against Sami Zayn in a singles match at Bad Blood. The chances of this match taking place at the upcoming PLE also heightens following The Ring General and Zayn's heated confrontation on a recent episode of Monday Night RAW.

If the Gunther vs. Zayn match is confirmed, the Bad Blood card will feature six matches.
