WWE Battleground plans for Chris Jericho

Chris Jericho and The Miz to battle at WWE Battleground

As seen on Raw last week, Chris Jericho’s unexpected return to the WWE was cut short by the Wyatt Family as Bray Wyatt and his disciples beat him up and left him lying flat in the ring.

Following that segment, a potential feud between Y2J and Bray Wyatt is being put into place but not before SummerSlam.

While Jericho will remain in the WWE as per his deal, it is believed that the objective of this feud will be to give a major push to Bray’s character before he leaves again.

As of now, Jericho and The Miz will face each other at Battleground PPV. Both the superstars will face each other on the June 7 edition of Raw. This match will save some time for the WWE to build up the Jericho- Wyatt storyline for SummerSlam.
