#3 Gail Kim

The Canadian superstar made her WWE debut back in 2002 and was the first WWE Diva to win a championship in her debut match. She was initially given some major pushes, but those did not last. Gail Kim was really talented and was also liked by the fans, though the WWE wasted her talent over and over again until she finally left the company and moved elsewhere.
She did win some major titles during her time with the promotion, though when things were good they were great, when bad, they were the worst. Due to this, she left on very poor terms the first time and joined Total Nonstop Action (now Impact Wrestling).

Despite everything, she was brought back to the company once again in late 2008. However, things were just not the same.
She was once again given an early push which failed to materialize into anything. Later, she was just a mid-card player and never really made it to the top of the mountain. She eventually returned to Impact Wrestling and retired back in Feb 2018.
With her love-hate relationship with the company, it will be tough for her to be inducted into the Hall Of Fame in the near future.
