The WWE Women’s United States Championship is a secondary mid-card title for the female roster of WWE. It is one of the three titles of this category in WWE besides the NXT Women’s North American Championship and the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis announced the title on the November 8, 2024, episode of SmackDown, and the inaugural tournament began on November 15. The first champion of the title is Chelsea Green who defeated Michin in the final.

The first-ever WWE Women’s title was introduced in 1956, and since then most of the women’s wrestling has revolved around these world titles.
