It was the first WWE event after Insurexxion 2003 to be held in England and the first since Insurexxion 2002 to be held in the city of London. The event also marked the return of WWE to The United Kingdom after previously organizing the WWE Clash at the Castle in September 2022 in Cardiff, Wales.
