The characters of Fullmetal Alchemist are some of the best-illustrated, and their individuality makes it easier for fans to remember them. It is an amazing anime series with a great storyline in which two main characters, Edward Elric and Alphonse Elric, try to use dark alchemy to resurrect their dead mother but fail to do so. The younger brother Alphonse loses his whole body, and the elder brother Edward loses his right arm and left leg.
Hiromu Arakawa, a 51-year-old Japanese woman, wrote the manga series and illustrated the characters. She also wrote two other famous manga series, Silver Spoon and The Heroic Legend of Arslan. She took inspiration from Suiho Tagawa and Hiroyuki's work and mixed it with her imagination to create amazing characters in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. The anime series gained so much popularity that Netflix Asia produced three movies that cover the whole story of the manga/anime series.
