Anna Hall is an athlete who has achieved success in the combined events in track and field. She has represented the United States at the World Championships and has won silver and bronze medals in the heptathlon.
Anna holds the North American indoor record for the pentathlon and is the only woman to break 6700 points in the heptathlon and run under 55 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles. Hall's personal best time in the 400 meters is 50.82 seconds. She is a three-time national champion in the United States and has two NCAA Division I titles while representing the University of Florida.
She has also achieved the milestone of scoring over 5000 points in the heptathlon, making her the third female in history to do so. Anna's impressive performances have earned her a spot at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Michael Dwayne Holloway is an American track and field coach. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida in 2000. Holloway is the current head coach of the Florida Gators track and field and Gators cross country programs at the University of Florida. He is best known for leading the Florida Gators men's indoor track and field team to three consecutive National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I national championships in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2018, and 2019.

Mike Holloway's Coaching Career
Mike Holloway, the Head Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country Coach at the University of Florida, has significantly elevated the Gators' program since his appointment. Holloway was named the first head coach of the combined program on June 19, 2007, following five seasons as the men's track and field head coach. He enters his 22nd season with the men's team and 17th with the women's in 2024.
Under his Guidance, the Gators have secured 13 NCAA Championships, including the recent victory at the 2023 NCAA Men’s Outdoor Championships. In the 2022 Season, Florida became the first team since Oregon in 2015 to sweep the outdoor titles. The Gators finished in the top-5 at 30 out of 40 Men’s NCAA Championships over Holloway's tenure.
Holloway’s teams have assembled 11 Men’s National Championships since 2010, the highest in Division I of that period, and boast 14 runner-up finishes. His success places him among an elite group of coaches with at least ten NCAA Track and Field Team Championships with legends like Ted Banks and John McDonnell.
Individually, Florida athletes won 59 men's and 31 women's NCAA Championships under Holloway’s tutelage. The Gators have dominated the SEC with 225 event championships and 17 team titles over the past two decades. Notable athletes such as Bowerman Award winners Marquis Dendy and Grant Holloway have flourished under his guidance.
Internationally, Holloway has led athletes to success, including a strong showing at the 2013 World Championships and the 2012 and 2020 Olympics. His contributions to track and field have earned him 13 USTFCCCA National Coach of the Year awards.

At the 2012 Olympics, Holloway coached the U.S. sprinters and relay teams and guided the 4x400m relay squad to a silver medal and Justin Gatlin to a bronze in the 100 meters. His leadership at the 2013 IAAF World Championships resulted in 14 medals for Team USA including four golds. In 2004, Holloway served as head coach for the NACAC U23 Championships Team.
