Trea Vance Turner, born on June 30, 1993, is an accomplished baseball shortstop from Boynton Beach, Florida, United States. Widely known by his nickname "Triple T,” he competes for the Philadelphia Phillies in Major League Baseball (MLB). Before his time with the Phillies, he launched his professional career in the minor leagues with the San Diego Padres. He was later drafted to the Washington Nationals, where he made his MLB debut in August 2015.

In July 2021, Trea departed from the Nationals to join the Los Angeles Dodgers, his final team before signing an 11-year contract with the Phillies. Beyond his MLB career, he also represented the United States in the 2023 World Baseball Classic (WBC), finishing as a runner-up after losing to Japan’s national team.
