Bogdan Bogdanovic is a Serbian shooting guard who plays for the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA. Born on August 18, 1992, in Belgrade, Serbia, Bogdanovic or “Bogi,” is renowned for his sharpshooting skills.

During his time in Europe, Bogdanovic showcased his elite offensive talent while playing for famous Serbian basketball club Partizan from 2010 to 2014, where he won four Serbian League championships consecutively from 2011 to 2014. After he was named the Serbian League Playoffs MVP in 2014, the Phoenix Suns selected Bogdanovic with the 27th overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. However, he decided to remain in Europe, and signed with Turkish giants Fenerbahçe.

From 2014 to 2017, Bogdanovic truly became a superstar in Europe as he played for Fenerbahçe. He experienced considerable success with the Turkish ball club, winning the EuroLeague championship in 2017 and being named on the All-EuroLeague First Team that same season. Additionally, he won two Turkish Super League championships in 2016 and 2017.

Eventually, Bogdanovic made his NBA debut in 2017 with the Sacramento Kings, where he played for three seasons before joining the Atlanta Hawks in 2020. Since joining the NBA, he is known for his exceptional shooting ability, particularly his ability to hit tough, off-the-dribble contested shots is tremendous.
