The Gonzaga basketball team, known as the Gonzaga Bulldogs, represents the Gonzaga University in intercollegiate men's basketball. The basketball program was established in the 1907-1908 basketball season, although initially, there was no coach.
George Varnell became the first head coach of the Gonzaga basketball program, serving as the head coach for one season in 1908-1909.
