The University of MIssissippi, popularly known as “Ole Miss” is represented by the Ole Miss Rebels in NCAA Division I collegiate football. Currently representing the West Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC), the team has also been a part of the Southern Conference in the past.

The Ole Miss Rebels have had much more success on the Conference and Division Championships than that of the National Championships. Despite that, the team has proved to be a worthy competitor for their opponents in the collegiate football scenario.

Presently coached by Lane Kiffin, the team is notable for holding the second highest winning percentage in the postseason with 30 or more appearances in bowls. Nevertheless, they are yet to become number 1 in the Coaches’ Poll and AP. The Ole Miss Rebels are hoping to nagging their next national championship soon in their career.
