What is the lore behind Entranced in Fortnite?

There is no in-game lore associated with the Entranced Emote in Fortnite. It also happens to be an extremely new Emote, first appearing in-game in Chapter 5. That said, Epic Games used the newly released Joey Caliente Outfit to promote Entranced. Suffice to say, the promotional material was a hit within the community.

Moving on to the Entranced Emote, the music used is called "HYPNOTIC DATA" by Odetar. On that note, it should be mentioned that the words "shots” which are part of the lyrics of the song are not featured in the in-game audio for the Emote. It is unclear why Epic Games chose to remove it. That said, the official in-game description for the Emote reads, "Admit it. You're mezmerized." This is a reference to the song's title which has the word "Hypnotic" in it.

What are the cosmetic items related to Entranced in Fortnite?

As with most Emotes in Fortnite, Entranced is not part of any set or bundle. It is a stand alone item. It could be sold via a bundle in the future, but for now, it will have to be purchased individually.

Should you buy Entranced in Fortnite? If you like Emotes that feature techno-oriented music and crazy dance moves, Entranced should definitely be added to your locker. However, keep in mind that you may feel odd using it as it's still new, and not everyone will have the Emote to do it with you. On a happier note, if you own the Emote, you can use it while exploring LEGO Fortnite seeds.
