About NXT No Mercy 2024
WWE No Mercy or NXT No Mercy is a pro wrestling live-stream event produced by WWE. The 2024 edition of the event was the 15th in the event chronology and the first time the event took place in two consecutive years since 2017. This was the second time No Mercy has been restricted to NXT, as the No Mercy will be an NXT-exclusive event after the 2023 event.
The 2024 edition took place on Sunday, September 1, at the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado. As the event is NXT-branded, it will not feature on Pay-Per-View and will instead streamed directly to Peacock TV in the USA and other affiliates in respective countries.

NXT Tag Team Championship - Chase University (c) vs. Nathan Frazer and Axiom
Nathan Frazer and Axiom were the former holders of the NXT Tag Team Championship before dropping it to Andre Chase and Ridge Holland of the Chase University on the August 13 episode of NXT. Frazer and Axiom wanted their rematch clause, but Chase University's Duke Hudson instead challenged them to a tag team match alongside Riley Osborne. When the former champions won, they were awarded a title match at No Mercy. At the event, Frazer and Axiom reclaimed the title.
Wes Lee vs. Zachary Wentz
Wes Lee, Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel were the members of the tag team The Rascalz before Lee turned on the two partners at NXT Great American Bash Night 2. He explained his attack by blaming Wentz for leaving to TNA. Following a huge brawl between Wentz and Lee, a match between the two superstars was officiated for No Mercy 2024. The only non-title match of the event saw Wentz defeat Lee.
NXT Women's North American Championship - Kelani Jordan (c) vs. Wendy Choo
Kelani Jordan became the first-ever wrestler to win the NXT Women's North American Championship, and since then has retained the belt against Michin, Sol Ruca, and Tatum Paxley. Paxley was then betrayed by her friend Wendy Choo, who announced her intentions to go after the title. Following attacks from Choo, the champion Jordan challenged her to a match, which was officiated for NXT No Mercy 2024. The champion retained her title at the event.
NXT North American Championship - Oba Femi (c) vs. Tony D'Angelo
The leader of No Quarter Catch Crew Tony D'Angelo was the NXT Heritage Cup Champion in July when the NXT North American Champion Oba Femi started interrupting him. D'Angelo then lost the cup to Charlie Dempsey, who was later interrupted by Femi, who vowed to win the cup. With both Femi and D'Angelo eyeing the Heritage Cup, the two stars eventually fought each other and then competed at NXT No Mercy for Femi's North American title, where Femi retained the title.
NXT Women's Championship - Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Jaida Parker
Roxanne Perez won the NXT Women's Championship in April 2024 at Stand and Deliver and since then has retained the gold against Natalya, Lyra Valkyria, Tatum Paxley, Chelsea Green, Jordynne Grace, Lola Vice, and Thea Hail. On the August 13 episode of NXT, it was announced that a six-woman gauntlet match would take place to find the next opponent for Perez.
However, neither of these six stars has challenged for the NXT Women's Championship in their career. Jaida Parker, Wren Sinclair, Adriana Rizzo, Sol Ruca, Kendal Grey, and Karmen Petrovic qualified for this gauntlet match. Jaida Parker won the gauntlet match and qualified for the match at No Mercy. Perez retained her title against Parker.
NXT Championship - Ethan Page (c) vs. Joe Hendry
At NXT Heatwave, Ethan Page defeated Je'Von Evans, Shawn Spears and the former champion Trick Williams to become the new NXT Champion, and has since retained the gold against Dante Chen and Oro Mensah. On the August 13 episode of NXT, he was interrupted by TNA wrestler Joe Hendry who wanted to challenge Page.
The same night, former NXT North American Champion Wes Lee made his intentions known for the title, and Pete Dunne challenged for the championship as well. General Manager Ava then fixed a triple-threat match between the three challengers to find the next contender for Page's title. Joe Hendry won the match and then Trick Williams was announced as the special guest referee for the match. Hendry was unable to defeat Page at the event.
NXT No Mercy Date, Time and Venue
The 2024 edition of NXT No Mercy aired live from The Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado. It took place on Sunday, September 1, falling in line with WWE's practice of organizing its NXT event on Sundays, when its main roster PPVs are held on Saturdays. Just a day before No Mercy, Bash in Berlin will take place on the main roster. The show is expected to start airing at 7 PM ET. The start timing of the event in different countries was as follows:

- India: 4:30 A.M. IST (Monday, September 2)
- Australia: 10 A.M. AEDT (Monday, September 2)

The Ball Arena has stood tall since its inception in 1999. It was originally known as The Pepsi Center and was renamed to its current name in 2020. It is a multi-purpose arena in Colorado and has a capacity of around 18000 spectators.
NXT No Mercy 2024 Tickets
NXT No Mercy 2024' tickets went live a few weeks ago. The event took place in The Ball Arena, which has a huge capacity of 18,000 fans. Ticketmaster was the official ticketing partner of No Mercy. Fans could have bought combo tickets as the Monday Night RAW on September 2, 2024, also took place from The Ball Arena.
History of No Mercy
WWE No Mercy was first held back in 1999. It took place on May 16 of that year in Manchester, England of the United Kingdom. Since then, No Mercy has only been held in the USA. The second event took place just six months after the first event and was such a success that WWE made it into an annual PPV event. The show kept being held annually up until 2008.
No Mercy was quietly dropped after 2008 and was replaced by Hell In A Cell the next year. The event was brought back in 2016, and that too, in its October timeslot in 2016 and was made exclusive to the wrestlers of SmackDown. It was then made exclusive to the RAW wrestlers in 2017. After the event, it was dropped yet again before being brought back in 2023. This time, the event was made exclusive to NXT, the developmental brand or the third brand of WWE. The event was brought back again in 2024, and made an annual affair on the NXT PPV Calendar.
