“I try and focus on my visualisation-try and see the putt fall if it’s putting or I try to visualise the shape of a shot and how it lands when it’s a full shot. I try to dis-associate from the shot & focus on what to do. I trust my gut, pick targets and commit to every shot. Being aware of my breath helps me get away from negativity and come back to the present. It’s something that works at all levels.”
