Joaquin Niemann won the 2024 PIF Saudi International, defeating fellow LIV golfers Cameron Smith and Caleb Surratt in a playoff. Niemann claimed his first Asian Tour title and the winner's share of the $5 million purse at Riyadh Golf Club.

Niemann's paycheck for winning the PIF Saudi International was $1 million. Seven other players earned $100,000 or more for their finishes.

The victory at the 2024 PIF Saudi International was Joaquin Niemann's third of the year, after winning two LIV Golf events in Mayakoba and Jeddah. It was also his 15th professional win.

Speaking to the Asian Tour News Service after his victory at the PIF Saudi International, Niemann said:

"It’s a really good way to wrap up the season. I’m really excited for what’s coming next season on LIV and hopefully get into a few Majors."

The win also gave Niemann the Asian Tour International Series title, despite only playing two events (he finished third in the International Series Oman).

The LIV golfers were the main attractions at the PIF Saudi International. In addition to winning the title with Niemann, the breakaway league took four of the five members of the top 5 and 12 of the 16 members of the top 10.
