Meronk attended East Tennessee State University from 2012 to 2016, where he played collegiate golf and graduated with a degree in business finance. He turned professional in 2016 after participating in the Eisenhower Trophy. Meronk achieved his first notable victory at the Open de Portugal in September 2019, becoming the first Polish player to win a DP World Tour-operated event. His success continued with a landmark win at the Horizon Irish Open in July 2022, making him the first Polish golfer to win on the European Tour.
