What's in Anthony Kim's bag?

Three-time PGA Tour winner Anthony Kim was born on June 19, 1985, in Los Angeles, California. He turned pro in 2006 and made his PGA Tour debut at the 2006 Valero Texas Open when he tied for second owing to a sponsor's exemption.

Through the 2007 season's qualifying school, he obtained his PGA Tour card and had a great rookie season on the PGA Tour, finishing in the top 10 four times and breaking into the top 100 in the Official World Golf Rankings in May 2007.

He was arguably at the height of his career when he suffered an Achilles tendon injury in his left leg. He had reached his highest OWGR position of No. 6 in 2008 and placed T5 at the 2011 Open Championship. As a result, his career was halted for 14 straight years. He did play at a few charity events in 2016, but not any professional ones.

In February 2024, Gerg Norman announced that Kim had joined the LIV Golf League as an individual wild card member, initially for three events. He reportedly signed for a signing bonus of $5-$7.5 million. He made his comeback in 2024 at the LIV Golf Jeddah, where he won $50,000 and finished 53rd with a score of 226 over 16.
