South Korean golfer Byeong Hun An, aka Ben An, won the 2009 U.S. Amateur at the age of 17, making him the youngest winner in history. The son of Olympic athletes was born on September 17, 1991, and relocated to the United States to attend David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Florida in 2005.

Ben turned professional in 2011, but won his first professional win, three years later at the 2014 Rolex Trophy on the Challenge Tour. He has a total of four professional wins, including the 2015 BMW PGA Championship; however, his most recent win was at the 2022 LECOM Suncoast Classic.

Since LECOM, he hasn't won any events, though he came pretty close at the 2024 Sony Open in Hawaii, but was defeated by Grayson Murray in a playoff by a birdie on the first extra hole. Most recently, he finished tied for 16th place at the 2024 PGA Championship.

Further, she became an entrepreneur and began her restaurant and clothing store in Harbin. She also established an information consulting business in Beijing, which she has chaired since 2004.

Jiao was chosen in 2010 to serve as Jeju Island's public relations ambassador for a period of two years. She became the chairman of Omnitel China in 2013. She has also hosted a talk show on China's CCTV-5 sports channel; however, she returned to South Korea, after the COVID-19 outbreak.
