Cameron Smith is a professional golfer who represents Australia. He is well known for his excellent performances on the PGA Tour and after mid-2022 on the LIV Golf Tour. He is a former PGA Tour player who achieved multiple successes on the tour, including the 2022 Open Championship and the 2022 Players Championship. He finished in second place in the 2020 Masters Tournament and has 12 professional wins, including six from the PGA Tour.

In August 2022, Cameron joined the LIV Golf tour and continued his golf journey. His performance in LIV Golf is excellent. He finished second at the LIV Golf event in October 2022 and tied for fourth place at the 2023 U.S. Open.

After going pro in 2013, he participated in the PGA Tour of Australasia, his debut tour. Due to a hip issue, he was unable to participate in the second FedEx Cup Playoff tournament, the BMW Championship, in August. He took the PGA Player of the Year trophy after the 2022 PGA Tour season.

He won the LIV Golf Invitational in Chicago in September 2022, three shots ahead of Peter Uihlein and Dustin Johnson, with a total of 203, under 13. In mid-2023, he won LIV Golf London and LIV Golf Bedminster. He also came close to winning the 2024 LIV Golf Hong Kong, but lost in a playoff against Abraham Ancer, who birdied the first extra hole.
