The Open Championship 2024 is the next big golf event every fan is looking forward to. This year's edition of the tournament will commence on July 18 and conclude on July 21. The Major championship will be played at the iconic Royal Troon Golf Club and will feature some of the best names in golf.

One such name is Bryson DeChambeau. Having won the US Open this season, many are interested in knowing if he can win his second major this year. Heading into The Open Championship 2024, DeChambeau is a 9-1 favorite to win at the Royal Troon, as per CBS.

Among the list of favorites based on odds, Bryson DeChambeau is the third favorite to win The Open Championship. Ahead of DeChambeau are Scottie Scheffler (4-1) and 2024 Wells Fargo Championship winner, Rory McIlroy (8-1).

In Major competitions this season, Bryson DeChambeau has shown good form. While he was able to win the US Open at Pinehurst No. 2, DeChambeau also achieved good results in the Masters Tournament and The PGA Championship at the Valhalla Golf Club.

While he tied for 6th place at the 2024 Masters, which was won by Scottie Scheffler, DeChambeau achieved second place at The PGA Championship as he failed to beat Xander Schauffele by a margin of one stroke. Hence, due to his good form in Major competitions, DeChambeau will be a favorite at The Open Championship.
