On Thursday, Hull shared a story about her rigorous morning workout routine from the gym. She posted a picture of the gym and shared her post-Christmas workout:
"Let's go today's session. 1km run, 1km ski, 1km run, 50 box jumps instead of the sled as you can't do very ping lengths, 1km run, 50 kb swings, 1km run, 40 burpees to plate, 1km run, 1 min 45-sec kb hold or 200m kb farmers carry, 1km run, 100 lunges, 10kg, 1km run, 100 wall balls."
The British golfer usually posts selfies from the gym and writes her workout routine as a caption. However, today, she shared a picture of her gym instead and informed her fans about today's workout routine.
Hull has around 707 thousand Instagram followers and is one of the most followed LPGA Tour pros. She regularly updates fans to keep them engaged, which has increased her follower count exponentially.
