Charley Hull shares her hardcore off-season training routine and nutrition plan

Charley Hull is currently enjoying her off-season as the LPGA Tour concluded last month with the CME Group Tour Championship. Hull is at her home in England and is grinding hard to prepare for the next season. However, she is making sure to keep her fans updated by posting details about her routine and other details on her Instagram.

Hull recently shared a story on her Instagram and revealed her rigorous off-season training routine and the food she was going to have for the day.

The British golfer shared a video of her from the gym in her black gym outfit and wrote:

"3 rounds. 1km run 12-13kmph speed, 30 burpee to plate, 1km run (same speed), 30 lunges 10kg. Finish with 200m farmers carry. Every time you break do 8 Russian swings (to eye line)"

Hull then shared a video of her meal preparations with three meal boxes and revealed what she was having for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Charley Hull is trying her best to keep her fans and followers updated about her off-season schedule. She is one of the most followed LPGA Tour pros on Instagram, with around 706K followers.

Charley Hull had a decent performance on the LPGA Tour this season. Despite not registering a victory, the 28-year-old golfer made five top-10 finishes. Hull was on the verge of winning The Annika but finished T2 and missed winning her third LPGA Tour title.

The British golfer made 17 starts this year and made 15 cuts with $1.1 million as official money on the LPGA Tour this season.
