Charley Hull often shares glimpses of her daily life with fans on Instagram. Known for her athleticism, she recently gave her followers a look into her intense workout routine.

On Thursday morning, the LPGA Tour superstar went through a circuit style training designed to improve endurance and strength. She started the day with a five kilometer run before moving on with her day-to-day activities.

In the evening, Hull went through a gruelling 40 minute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute). This circuit-style routine involves completing one exercise per minute, then moving on to the next, and repeating the cycle.

The first exercise was 12 calories on the Ski Erg machine, aimed at improving endurance. Hull then moved on to 20 Russian kettlebell swings, targeting the hips, lower back, and core. These exercises help strengthen the muscles crucial for a more consistent and powerful golf swing.

Next on the list, she needed to complete 12 calories on the rower before moving onto 20 walking lunges, which was the last exercise in the round. Hull completed an impressive seven rounds of the circuit in 40 minutes.

The English golfer's dedication to fitness shows in her incredibly powerful yet stable golf swing. To unwind and boost her recovery, she treated herself to a must deserved session in the sauna and steam rooms.
