Bryson DeChambeau emerged at the top at the 2024 US Open that was played at the Pinehurst Resort and Country Club No. 2 course last week. The LIV Golf star took home his second US Open title and second Major championship win.

The long hitter has been known as the Scientist among the golf community, owing to his commitment to experimenting with various techniques and equipment. DeChambeau debuted his one of a kind 3D printed irons at the 2024 Masters at Augusta National. The clubs are the world's first 3D printed clubs and were created in collaboration with his sponsor, Avoda Golf.

The two time US Open winner is teeing it up at the 2024 LIV Golf Invitational in Nashville, Tennessee this week. During the tournament, Bryson DeChambeau announced that Avoda Golf will be making the unique 3D printed clubs available for purchase to the public. He also revealed that a new driver would be launched within the next month or so.

Here's what Bryson DeChambeau told the press in Nashville:

"They're one of one right now, and we're working on building a set for the mass consumers, but it takes a little bit of time to get everything in production in the right way. You're going to see some pretty interesting stuff coming out here soon within the next month with a driver that could be pretty unique for the market, and it'll help a lot of golfers out. "

How much did Bryson DeChambeau after winning the 2024 US Open?

Despite odds of +1800 to win according to BetMGM, Bryson DeChambeau took home the US Open trophy earlier this week. The LIV Golf player not only walked away with his second Major championship victory, he also took home an incredible cheque.

A sought after perk of winning the US Open is that the winner receives a big load of FedEx Cup points. With an incredible 750 FedEx Cup points up for grabs this year, DeChambeau will not be receiving them due to his ineligibility caused by his status on the LIV Golf league.

For the victory, Bryson DeChambeau is granted a ten year exemption into the US Open and a five year exemption into the other three Major championships - the Masters, the PGA Championship, and the Open Championship.

The US Open having a purse prize of $21.5 million, Bryson DeChambeau took home a grand cheque worth $4.3 million. However, the $700,000 increase in the purse from last year, isnt just good news for DeChambeau, but also for his caddie, Gregory Bodine. Following tradition, Bodine received a 10 percent cut from DeChambeau. The caddie earned a record salary of $430,000.
