Daniel Brown is an English pro golfer, born on 11th October 1994; he is mainly seen competing and playing for the European Tour. Brown turned pro in 2017, and since then, he has been involved in various small golf circuits, such as the Evolve Pro Tour, where he won twice in 2018 and the PGA EuroPro Tour from 2019-2021.
In August, he started making it big in 2023 when he won his first European Tour event at the ISPS Handa World Invitational in Northern Ireland. Daniel Brown is slowly but steadily making his mark on the golf circuit, but a lot is possible also because of his caddie!
Who is Daniel Brown's caddie?
Daniel has his younger brother, Ben Brown, as his caddie. Ben Brown, just like his brother, is a fellow golfer himself. He even won the English Amateur in 2023, following in the footsteps of his older brother. After shooting 65 in the opening round, he advanced to the final round of the knockout competition and, spectacularly, chipped in on the twentieth hole to win the title. Ben and Daniel Brown are both members of the Romanby Golf & Country Club in Northallerton, Yorkshire, and they're seen regularly practising there. It's been only a week since Ben caddied for Danie. With Ben's help, Brown was able to lead the first round of The Open where many big names, such as Ludvig, Tiger, etc, struggled to make the cut. Brown acknowledged Ben's assistance on the greens, mainly because they were out late in the first round, and it was starting to get dark, but the brothers managed to push through.
