It is equipped with a Mitsubishi Diamana DF 70 TX shaft, which comes with TX (Tour Extra Stiff) flex and weighs 70 grams. This combination maintains good stability & superior control over greens and offers a very high swing speed with low torque.

Erik Van Rooyen’s Woods

  1. This fairway wood is of Callaway brand and Rogue ST LS is the model number of it. Its loft angle is 16.5 degrees with a head volume of 460 cc. This wood is equipped with a Mitsubishi Diamana BF 70 TX. This wood belongs to the LS series which means “low torque” and generates maximum forgiveness, as well as helping to balance between distance and accuracy.

  2. This Callaway Mavrik Sub Zero fairway wood comes with a loft angle between 9 to 10.5 degrees. With an MCA Diamana DF 80 TX shaft, this wood provides good workability and versatility while playing with it.

Its head is made of high-quality materials for a soft feel and precise performance and provides better contract, consistency, suitability & a good level of forgiveness on off centre hits.

  2. Erik’s other iron is Callaway Apex MB (5-PW) which comes with a Muscle Back design. The shaft used in it is a Muscle Back shaft with X-Stiff flex. The combination of this shaft and the iron is basically for shotmakers who can work the ball in any direction they want.
