Farmers Insurance Open 2024 Course Details
Since the late 1960s, Torrey Pines has hosted the Farmers Insurance Open, formerly known as the San Diego Open, on the PGA Tour. It is a municipal golf course on the West Coast of the United States, owned by the city of San Diego, California. The first and second rounds of the Farmers Insurance Open will take place on both the North and the South courses; however, the third and fourth rounds of the event will take place only on the South Course.
William Francis Bell designed the two 18-hole golf courses at Torrey Pines, North and South. Redesigned by Rees Jones in 2001, the South Course has a par of 72 and is 7,802 yards (7,134 meters) from the back tees.
