Chris is a professional caddie who has 15 years of experience in the golfing field as a caddie. Before caddying, Chris was an amateur golf player who played Lancashire County golf. His caddying journey started with David Horsey. Chris caddied for him in the 2007 Walker Cup and then started caddying in the European Tour. Eventually, he made it to the PGA Tour and caddied for several golfers prior to Harold, including David Horsey, Pablo Larrazabal, Tyrrell Hatton and Emiliano Grillo.

The pair achieved their first professional victory at the 2022 Saudi International and later, won LIV Golf Washington, D.C in 2023.
