The DP World Tour’s 2023 Magical Kenya Open ended on Sunday with Jorge Campillo lifting the trophy. The Spaniard beat the likes of Masahiro Kawamura, Santiago Tarrio, and Ryo Hisatsune to take his third DP World Tour to win at Muthaiga Golf Club in Nairobi, Kenya.

Campillo won the Kenya Open by two shots and earned the winner's share of the $2,000,000 purse. The golfer won $340,000. Apart from the prize money, the Spanish golfer also won 14.34 Official World Golf Ranking points. He earned 460 Race to Dubai points as a DP World Tour member as well. Meanwhile, runner-up Kawamura settled for a $220,000 paycheck.

Tarrio and Hisatsune finished T3 and bagged around $112,000 each. The Magical Kenya Open had a 36-hole cut this week, which saw 78 of 156 starting players earning paychecks. Interestingly, Wil Besseling finished last on the final leaderboard and earned around $3,000 for his efforts.
