Jaoquin Niemann, a Chilean professional golfer, has won two PGA Tour titles. He became the first Chilean golfer to win the title and the youngest winner on the PGA Tour since 1923. In April 2022, he became a professional. From May 2017 until 2018, he was the leading amateur golfer.

He got a military honor at the Greenbrier for his PGA Tour victory in September 2019. Niemann wants to play at the University of Florida, but his TOEFL score precludes him from enrolling. He won the Latin America Amateur Championship in 2018 and was invited to the 2018 Masters Tournament. He also competed in the 2018 US Open and the 2018 Open Championship.

In August 2022, he made an official announcement to join LIV Golf. He became captain of the Torque GC Team and finished second at the LIV Golf International Boston, losing in a playoff to Dustin Johnson. In the 2023 LIV Golf League, his team won four titles and collected the tournament's top prize.

In February 2024, he shot 59 in the first round at Mexico's LIV Golf Mayakoba. According to reports, this was the highest score recorded since 2004. Niemann won his first solo golf match by beating Sergio Garcia in a playoff. Niemann has just been invited to the 2024 Masters Tournament. He has 12 professional victories, with the highest rank being 15 in April 2022.

Joaquin Niemann PGA Appearances

Joaquin Niemann no longer plays for the PGA Tour. From 2017 to 2022, he was playing with PGA, after which he joined LIV Golf. Joaquin has won two PGA championships and appeared in two PGA playoffs. He lost to Harris English in the 2021 Sentry Tournament of Champions, despite making a birdie on the first extra hole. After a week, he placed second at the Sony Open in Hawaii, one stroke behind Kevin Na.

In the same year, he lost to Cameron Davis on the fifth extra hole at the Rocket Mortgage Classic. Neimann was eliminated after scoring par on the first hole. He made the first bogey of the week.
