Keegan Bradley will be Team USA's 2025 Ryder Cup captain at Bethpage Black in Farmingdale, New York, this September. In a recent interview with Sirius XM PGA Tour Radio's A New Breed of Golf with Michael Breed, the golfer provided an insight into the challenges and rewards of balancing his dual responsibilities as a captain and an active player on the PGA Tour.

Breed opened the discussion by asking the seven-time PGA Tour winner about his schedule for the 2025 season. Bradley, who is taking part in this week's Sony Open in Hawaii, responded:

"It's definitely difficult. But it's a job that I am so honored to have and lucky to have. Like today, before the [Sony Open in Hawaii] Pro-Am, I had an hour [long] meeting about some things about the Ryder Cup. And then I go back to my regular job. I go there, do my Pro-Am and practice, and I'll get back to the room and work on some of the notes that I have. So, it's a full-time job."

Bradley's comment illustrates the delicate balance between strategizing for one of golf's most prestigious events and improving his performance on the PGA Tour to chase his eighth victory. His dedication to both aspects of his professional life highlights his passion for the sport and his dedication to fostering Team USA's success at the challenging Bethpage Black in a few months.

While balancing two important responsibilities can be tough, Bradley embraces the stress, adding:

"But it's kinda nice because [when] I get inside the ropes, and it's sort of my safe place, and I can just focus on what I need to do, and it's nice."

Bradley referred to playing on the PGA Tour as his "safe place" and underscored the therapeutic element of competitive play amidst the demanding administrative requirement of being a Ryder Cup captain.
