Following the first LIV Golf Invitational Series, the LIV Golf Invitational Jeddah 2023 is part of the second season of LIV Golf. The thirteenth edition, the Jeddah Invitational, takes place at the Royal Greens in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from October 13 to October 15.
In addition to a team championship event at the end of the season, there are fourteen 54-hole tournaments with 48 participants and no cut. There are 48 players and 12 teams vying for a total of $405 million in prize money.
There will be twelve teams in the 2023 LIV Golf League. In contrast to the 2022 Invitational Series format, in which players frequently switched teams weekly, the 2023 season is expected to feature players who sign with certain teams and play for those teams the whole time. On February 15, 2023, LIV Golf announced the rosters of its teams.

LIV Jeddah was won by Brooks Koepka over Talor Gooch in a play-off, although the runner-up took home £14.8 million as the season's overall winner. At the Royal Greens course in Saudi Arabia, Koepka, 33, who has won five major championships, shot a two-under 68 to finish three rounds later at 14 under par.
Gooch, another American, had a 62 to reel him in, but he won the play-off with a birdie on the second hole. Koepka, who finished third overall, took home £3.3 million for the victory. The PGA champion this year was awarded the same prize for finishing second in the season's rankings. Cameron Smith, 30, of Australia, who won the 2022 Open, finished second overall.
After winning in Adelaide and Singapore in April and the Andalusia event at Valderrama in July, Gooch, 31, was aiming for his fourth tournament victory of the year. He had already secured his multi-million-dollar triumph in the overall rankings by the time he even tied the score with Koepka to trigger a play-off.

LIV Golf Invitational Jeddah 2023 Course details
At the end of its regular season, LIV Golf is scheduled to return to the esteemed Royal Greens Golf & Country Club in KAEC. Building on the success of their cooperation in 2022, ROSHN and LIV Golf are partnering for the second time this year.
2023's LIV Golf Jeddah is a crucial point in the season, presented by ROSHN since it selects the 2023 Individual Champion and establishes the parameters for the next season-ending Team Championship.
Recognized as the most excellent golf course in the Middle East in 2021, Royal Greens is home to the LIV Golf League in Jeddah. Numerous professional events have taken place there, such as the PIF Saudi International presented by Softbank Investment Advisers. LIV Golf stars Dustin Johnson, Graeme McDowell, and Harold Varner III have all won this in recent years.
Additionally, Brooks Koepka won the 2022 LIV Golf Invitational Series regular-season finale held there. At the third playoff hole, he defeated fellow American Peter Uihlein, with Sergio Garcia and Joaquin Niemann sharing the lead.
Royal Greens is a relatively new course, having debuted in 2017, yet it has quickly established itself as one of the best in the world. This is a tough, lengthy course by the Red Sea, with extremely well-maintained fairways that demand accuracy.
