Luke Donald, a former world No. 1 English professional golfer, has won 17 professional titles in total, including the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship in 2011 and the BMW PGA Championship in 2011 and 2012. He turned pro in 2001 and a decade later, in mid-2011, he was ranked No. 1 in the Official World Golf Ranking; it was also his most successful season.
In addition to winning the 2011 PGA Player of the Year, the Vardon Trophy, and the Mark H. McCormack Award for the most weeks at number one in a calendar year, Donald became the first Englishman to win any of these titles. In the same year, he also won the European Tour Golfer of the Year.

Luke Donald’s Driver
Luke Donald uses a Mizuno ST-Z 230 driver, which is excellent because of its low spin and reasonable speed. This driver has a symmetrical shape, is made to resemble the ST-Z driver, and looks as good as it feels.
Similar to a spring, it has a wonderful sound and feel and increases ball speed and spin reduction. It is also somewhat restricted for those who are left-handed. This is probably a good choice for players looking for a tiny head with just the appropriate amount of spin.
Luke Donald’s Fairways
Luke Donald favors the TaylorMade SIM MAX as his go-to 3-wood. Since it's arguably the most forgiving choice in the SIM Fairway series, it's far more playable by all kinds of golf pros.
It isn't really adjustable, though, and it needs to fit perfectly to function properly. Its design is fantastic and it provides better control and a sleek appearance. It also feels firm and creates a noticeable snapping sound when it makes contact.
Luke Donald’s Hybrid
Luke Donald has been using the Mizuno CLK hybrid for a few years now, and it has performed admirably for him on several PGA Tours. This hybrid performs consistently, owing to its sleek, quiet design and sturdy construction. It's a flexible club that works for most handicaps. The hosel may be adjusted to eight different settings, adding to its versatility.
Luke Donald’s Irons
Luke Donald uses the Mizuno Pro Fli Hi in three sets of irons: 225, 221 and 225. These irons are the best that Mizuno has to offer. The Fli Hi makes it easier to launch balls high and faster with control. Better shot shaping is possible with the 221 because it has the highest spinning iron in the group.
Distance, forgiveness, and a conventional feel are all offered by the more well-rounded 225. The only drawback is that they are somewhat expensive, which many amateurs might not be able to afford.
Luke Donald’s Wedges
Luke Donald prefers to use the Mizuno T22 wedge. These forged wedges are a great choice for many golfers, especially those who prefer to play in rainy conditions. They also provide a premium feel at a fair price.
They don't have the best appearance, though, with a crowded back of the club and a rounded leading edge. Also, it may take some getting used to, as they often launch a little high.
Luke Donald’s Putter
Luke Donald uses the Odyssey Works Versa 7H CS putter, which is admittedly on the older side. Throughout the years, he has used this putter in his bag to great effect in many different tournaments.
One of Odyssey's most comfortable feels, if not the finest, is the high contrast alignment, which makes it simpler to aim and operate when using a white, black, or white combination. However, because it's an older model, it will be challenging to play with this putter.
Luke Donald’s Golf Ball
Donal uses the Titleist Pro V1 series' left dash ball, which spins the slowest. For players who like a high spin, it provides a firmer experience than the Pro V1 or Pro V1x. However, the alternative Titleist V1 balls will probably be more appealing to those seeking a softer feel.
