Min Woo Lee is an outstanding Australian professional golfer and has won several tournaments on the PGA Tour and the European Tour. In 2020, he won the ISPS Handa Vic Open; in 2021, he won the Aberdeen Scottish Open. In 2023, he won the Fortinet Australian PGA Championship on the European Tour and the SJM Macao Open on the Asian Tour.

His older sister, Minjee Lee, is also a professional golfer. Together, they became the first brother/sister pair to win the USGA's junior championships when Min Woo Lee won the 2016 U.S. Junior Amateur and Minjee Lee won the US Girls' Junior in 2012.

Lee has a significant social media following, with over 200,000 followers on Instagram and 100,000 on TikTok.

He turned professional at the beginning of 2019. He played several events on the European Tour and achieved early success. Lee finished fourth in the Saudi International and tied for fifth in the ISPS Handa World Super 6 Perth in February. However, these were his only top-10 finishes of the season, and he finished 117th in the Order of Merit. He was tied for sixth in the Genesis Championship on the Korean Tour in October. At the end of the year, he was solo third in the AVJennings NSW Open and then tied for third in the Australian PGA Championship, an early-season event on the 2020 European Tour.

In July 2021, Lee won the Aberdeen Scottish Open in a playoff against Thomas Detry and Matt Fitzpatrick. This win earned him entry into the 2021 Open Championship, and in May 2023, Min Woo Lee earned a special temporary membership on the PGA Tour.

In October 2023, Lee won the SJM Macao Open on the Asian Tour. He shot a tournament record of 254 (30-under-par) and won wire-to-wire by two shots ahead of Poom Saksansin. One month later, he won the Fortinet Australian PGA Championship.
