Nelly Korda is having one of the best seasons of her career. She recently was part of Team USA, which defeated Team Europe to win the 2024 Solheim Cup at the Robert Trent Golf Club. After that, she competed in the Kroger Queen City Championship and is currently enjoying a break from professional golf.
Korda is currently vacationing in New York, and earlier today, she shared a new picture on her Instagram story and flaunted her fancy cardigan outfit.
Earlier, Korda had shared a couple of pictures on her Instagram story in her dinner outfit and, later her travel outfit with the caption:
"Where to now? NYC -> ?"
Nelly Korda is the most-followed professional female golfer on Instagram, with one million followers. She regularly posts updates about her professional and personal life.
The two-time major championship winner has already made a couple of trips to New York this year. Earlier this year, she visited the city to attend the Met Gala and later to support her brother at the US Open (tennis) after the AIG Women's Open.
A look at Nelly Korda's performances in 2024
Nelly Korda has registered six victories on the LPGA Tour so far this year. She started the season on a high note, and at one point, registered five wins in five straight starts.
However, her performances during the mid-season were slightly disappointing as she missed three cuts in a row. The 14-time LPGA Tour winner has since gained her confidence back as she recently finished T2 at the AIG Women's Open and T5 at the Kroger Queen City Championship.
She also won her first Solheim Cup and revealed after the event how playing in a team environment is different.
"Yeah, it's so different playing in a team environment. It's very hard to kind of compare the two. Definitely a lot -- maybe a little bit more fun, I would say. I feel like you saw a lot of the girls fist pumping a lot more, pumping up the crowd and smiling and laughing," Korda said.
The 26-year-old golfer said having a teammate is a little bit less pressure and a lot more fun as there is someone to rely on.
"At the end of the day, it's just so different having a teammate out there that you can have fun with, kind of in a sense, and also rely on. It's just a little bit less pressure and a lot more fun. So definitely one of the best feelings I've had on a golf course playing with a teammate. But they're just so different to compare."
