The 2023 Cazoo Open de France is currently underway. The final DP World Tour event before the 44th Ryder Cup has a 156-player field competing for the $3.25 million prize purse on offer. The event being held at the Le Golf National, the venue for the 2018 match, will see the champion bag $552,500 in prize money.

The Open de France features some of the biggest stars on the European Tour. While the event isn’t as big as last week's BMW PGA Championship, the flagship event on the Tour, players like Tom Kim, Billy Horschel and Min Woo Lee are in contention. Last week’s champion Ryan Fox is also on the field.

Despite the vast majority of European Ryder Cup players taking time to rest, two of Luke Donald’s vice-captains, Nicolas Colsaerts and Edoardo Molinari, are hitting the greens.

2023 Cazoo Open de France prize money

As mentioned above, the 2023 Cazoo Open de France has a prize purse of $3,250,000. While the winner earns $552,500, the runner-up settles for a $357,500 paycheck. The golfer finishing third will win $204,750, while the fourth-placed golfer takes $162,500.

Owing to the traditional 36-hole cut, the golfer finishing last on the DP World Tour event's 65-player final leaderboard will return home with $7,800.
