The 2024 Genesis Scottish Open is next up on the PGA Tour schedule. Following last weekend's John Deere Classic, many of the world's top-ranked golfers will be back in the field. However, Scottie Scheffler, the World No. 1, will not be among them. As such, a few golfers have really strong odds to win this tournament. Here are the full odds, best bets, and more.

Interestingly, Rory McIlroy is the betting favorite despite coming off a multi-week hiatus where it is assumed he had practically nothing to do with golf. Following a shocking collapse at the US Open, he took some time off.
To expect him to come right back and win against a quality field is perhaps asking too much. That's why Xander Schauffele, who did win a Major this year, might be a better bet than McIlroy, though the odds are close anyway.

Those with good odds, such as Viktor Hovland, Ludvig Aberg, and Collin Morikawa, are good bets as well. They're very likely to do well this weekend. The same can be said of some with longer odds, like Matt Fitzpatrick, Wyndham Clark, Sahith Theegala, Brian Harman, Tom Hoge, Aaron Rai, or Will Zalatoris.
Justin Thomas may also surprise at the Genesis Scottish Open. He's 35-1 to win the tournament, but CBS Sports predicts that he will make a run at the title and possibly outperform his odds this weekend.
