The Genesis Scottish Open 2024 is around the corner and will commence on Thursday, July 11. The tournament was inaugurated in 1972 and has been one of the European Tour's premier events.

Neil Coles clinched the event's inaugural edition in playoffs with a birdie on the second playoff hole against Brian Huggett. Rory Mcllroy is the defending champion of the tournament. Ian Woosnam holds the record for the most Scottish Open wins at three, followed by Ernie Els.

The Genesis Scottish Open 2024 will kick off with the opening round on Thursday and conclude on Sunday, July 14, at the Renaissance Club in North Berwick, Scotland, United Kingdom.

2022: Xander Schauffele

Brandon Stone defeated Eddie Pepperell at Gullane in 2018 to claim the Scottish Open title with a score of under 20. He secured a four-stroke victory in the tournament and earned $1,166,669 in prize money.
