The previous day's leader, Atthaya "Jeeno" Thitikul, carded a 2-under final round score to finish five shots behind Ko.

World number one Nelly Korda finished tied for fifth with Hyo Joon Jang at 14 under par. Korda was the top-ranked Solheim Cup competitor at the Kroger Queen City Championship, followed by Albane Valenzuela, who tied for seventh.
