The Open de France is the next DP World Tour tournament on the schedule. On October 10, some of the world's best golfers will converge on Le Golf National, which was the host venue for the 2024 Paris Olympics Golf competition. Some of the players in the field will have won this event before. Here's a look at the golfers to have won the last 10 editions of the tournament.


Previous winners of Open de France explored

In 2023, Ryo Hisatsune won the French Open, otherwise known as the Open de France. He shot 14-under, which was enough to land him two strokes ahead of Jordan Smith and Jeff Winther on the leaderboard.

The year before, Italian golfer Guido Miggliozzi ousted Rasmus Hojgaard after shooting -16, while Hojgaard finished at 15-under. In both 2020 and 2021, the tournament was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nicolas Colsaerts won the Open de France in 2019 after shooting 12-under. He finished one stroke ahead of Joachim B. Hanson. In 2018, Alex Noren defeated Russell Knox, Chris Wood, and Julian Suri, after shooting seven under.

In 2017, Tommy Fleetwood was victorious. The English golfer shot 12-under and defeated Peter Uhlein by a single stroke. 2016's victor was Thongchai Jaidee, who shot -11. He was four strokes up on Francesco Molinari.

2015 saw Bernd Wiesberger win. His -13 was three strokes ahead of James Morrison. In 2014, the winner was Graeme McDowell, for the second year in a row. The golfer shot five-under, defeating Thongchai Jaidee and Kevin Stadler by one.

The leaderboard at the 2013 Open de France was also topped by McDowell. His first win at the tournament came after shooting nine-under, which was four strokes clear of runner-up Richard Sterne.

Finally, the 2012 tournament was won by Marcel Siem. He shot eight-under and beat Francesco Molinari by one at Le Golf National.
