Although Scottie Scheffler is entering the 2024 Tour Championship as the FedEx Cup leader, he is not leading the PGA Tour power rankings this week. Xander Schauffele, who is second in the race, has edged World No. 1 in the power rankings for the season finale.

The 2024 Tour Championship is scheduled to take place at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia, from August 29 to September 1. The top 30 players in the FedEx Cup standings will be fighting for the year-end championship.

Here's a look at the power rankings for the 2024 Tour Championship.

Power rankings explored for the 2024 Tour Championship

Xander Schauffele is entering the Tour Championship at 8-under and has good form with him. In the first two playoff events, he finished T2 and T5. A win here will make the Player of the Year debate interesting.

While last year Scheffler finished sixth in the FedEx Cup, this time, he will be hoping to overcome the final hurdle.
