The 2024 WWT Championship qualifier was contested on Monday, November 4, at the Palmilla Golf Club in Los Cabos, Mexico. The outing saw four golfers take the final spots on the tournament’s field ahead of tee off at the El Cardonal Golf Course at Diamante in Mexico, Tiger Woods' first design.
The PGA Tour event’s qualifier saw four fresh names, including 18-year-old Dylan Brack enter the competition’s field. The 72-hole, stroke-play event lasting four days, will be the third-to-last event of the FedExCup Fall.
Much like other FedExCup Fall schedule events, the WWT Championship will feature some American circuit regulars like Cameron Young, Max Greyserman, Beau Hossler, Lucas Glover and Keith Mitchell, among others.
Notably, the big names will have four golfers joining them from the WWT Championship Monday qualifier. The golfers who qualified for the $7,200,000 prize purse event are listed below.
2024 WWT Championship Monday qualifiers
#1 Dylan Brack
Dylan Brack posted an 8-under 64 at the Palmilla Golf Club in Los Cabos to clinch one of the four qualifier spots on the 2024 WWT Championship field. The 18-year-old secured the first spot out of the Monday qualifier and now prepares to make his maiden appearance on the PGA Tour.
For the unversed, the Riverside, California native had won the inaugural TGR JR Invitational presented by TaylorMade in 2022.
#2 Ryan Gerard
Ryan Gerard posted a 7-under 65 on Monday. The 25-year-old from North Carolina has made 12 cuts from 23 PGA Tour starts in his career. Having earned $912,311 from the American circuit, the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill alum is back for the 2024 WWT Championship.
The golfer, whose best PGA Tour finish came at the 2023 Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches, where he finished fourth, will go for his maiden PGA victory in November. It is pertinent to note that Gerard finished inside the top 30 on the 2024 Korn Ferry Tour Points List this year and will be a full-time PGA Tour member in 2025.
#3 Zach Bauchou
Zach Bauchou secured the third Monday qualifier spot after carding a 7-under 65 at the Palmilla Golf Club in Los Cabos. The 28-year-old Virginia native is set to make his sixth PGA Tour start with the competition. Having made zero cuts in five starts, the full Korn Ferry Tour star will be eyeing a career turnaround this weekend.
Notably, Bauchou narrowly missed a PGA Tour card after finishing No. 34 on the 2024 Korn Ferry Tour Points List. He retained full KFT status for 2025.
#4 William Moll (advanced in playoff)
William Moll carded a 6-under 66 to clinch the final available spots in the competition’s field after a playoff. The 23-year-old from Houston, Texas, will be another golfer making his PGA Tour debut this weekend. The Vanderbilt University alum finished No. 6 on the 2024 PGA Tour University Ranking to earn conditional Korn Ferry Tour status last summer.
Notably, Moll has had a decent season, making nine of 12 Korn Ferry Tour cuts and finishing No. 127 on the season-long standings.
More details on the 2024 WWT Championship, including full field and prize money, will be updated soon.
