The PGA Tour now moves to the Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina, for the 2024 Wyndham Championship, which will take place from Thursday, August 8, to Sunday, August 11. This will be the last event of the PGA Tour's regular season.

Since the Wyndham Championship is the last opportunity for the players to secure their spot in the top 70 of the FedEx standings ahead of the playoffs, a lot of big names will be playing in the event. Besides, the purse size of the event will be $7.9 million, with 156 players competing for it.

However, many top-ranked players have opted out of the Wyndham Championship to take a break ahead of the FedEx Cup. Let's take a look at the five top players who are not in action at the Sedgefield.
