The 2025 Sentry Tournament will take place from January 2 to 5 at the Kapalua Plantation Course. The event field is stacked with star PGA Tour players since it's the first event of the next season. The Sentry is the first signature event on the PGA Tour schedule, which means the event will have a limited field and a high payout at stake.

His triumphs include the Arnold Palmer Invitational, the Players Championship, the Masters Tournament, and the Tour Championship. The American had a total of 17 top-10 finishes on the tour, including a T3 at the Phoenix Open, a T2 at the Houston Open, and a T2 at the Charles Schwab Challenge.

Scheffler also won the Olympics Men's tournament and received the gold medal after shooting 265 (-19) in total and 67-69-67-62 over the four rounds.
