Amanda Balionis shared an Instagram story on December 10 about a fundraiser for her non-profit Puppies and Golf. The golf pundit is a voice for dogs and puppies who need help and a forever home. Puppies and Golf held a charity drive to raise funds on Giving Tuesday.

On her Instagram story, Balionis gave fans a glimpse of the funds raised by her non-profit. Puppies and Golf launched a fundraising campaign on the occasion of Giving Tuesday and urged fans to make a purchase through their Pro Shop which offered different items like dog bowls, bandanas and golf caps. In the end, the NGO managed to raise a hefty sum of $35,000.

Balionis wrote in the caption:

"Thank you to every single person who helped us achieve our most successful #GivingTuesday yet! These funds will go towards saving so many lives and we are forever grateful."

"Thanks to YOU, we raised $35,000 on Giving Tuesday! Every donation, pro shop purchase, and shared post made a difference! & a special thank you to our anonymous donor who gave us an incredible boost at the finish line."
"We're also so grateful to the amazing creators who made custom items for our pro shop: @forpetessakepottery for the beautiful dog bowls, @makerscholar for the adorable dog bandanas, and @craftandfoster for the festive holiday bundles."

Amanda Balionis is often spotted with her furry friends beside her while she interviews golf veterans. She launched her nonprofit Puppies and Golf in 2020.

Besides providing funds to animal rescue shelters, the charity provides supply stores and other rescue teams a platform to reach a bigger audience. In an interview with Golf Digest, Balionis shared how she knew her organization could connect with golf.

"Once I realized that I had something here that people were getting behind and were as passionate about as I was, I realized there was definitely room to grow Puppies and Golf into something bigger."
"I wanted to continue to support K9s for Warriors but also all of these incredible animal rescues across the country and connect them to the golf community who seemed to have this huge passion for dogs," she added.

Amanda Balionis and her NGO are currently raising funds on the occasion of their 4th anniversary. She donated $45,000 through Puppies and Golf to celebrate Veterans Day this year. At the 3M Open, the organization received $3000 in donations.
