APGA Tour’s Willie Mack III enters the 2025 Farmers Insurance Open field

The Advocates Professional Golf Association Tour winner Willie Mack III has entered the Farmers Insurance Open field. He received a sponsor exemption, which the tournament officials from the Century Club of San Diego announced on Tuesday.

Mack III said (via PGA Tour):

“I am honored to receive this exemption to participate in the Farmers Insurance Open for the second time in my career. This season has been life-changing for me professionally and personally, and the support of Farmers has played an integral role in my success. I hope to make them proud!"

Mark Welch, chief people and diversity officer of Farmers Insurance said:

Willie Mack III has also earned a spot at the 2025 US Open through a three-man playoff at the final qualifying in Jupiter, Florida.
