Billy Horschel recently revealed in an interview how his family reacted to his 'Dirty Bird' dance in TGL. The golfer delivered this performance during his entrance before facing New York GC.
The eight-time PGA Tour event winner came out of the tunnel and revealed a chain with the words "Dirty Bird" on it. Shortly after that, he performed the "Dirty Bird" dance. His stint has received mixed reactions from fans and golf media alike.
Horschel was asked about his family's reaction to him performing the 'Dirty Bird' before the contest (transcribed by ASAP Sports):
"They knew it was coming. Obviously my wife and kids knew, and my middle daughter -- they were doing the dance the other night on FaceTime. When they found out what the dance was, they looked it up on YouTube and saw it," Billy Horschel said.
"Listen, my kids love me so hopefully they gave me a good rating and they liked what I did, but I'm sure they're going to make fun of me at the same time, which is cool with me."
On X, NUCLR GOLF posted a short clip of Horschel's entrance on TGL. Fans were quick to react to the video and comment on Horschel's moves. Watch here:
